Delivery and payment
All shipping costs are paid by the customer. All returns and any exchange of goods are paid by the customer.
We work only on prepayment or partial payment for delivery. In other cases, by agreement.
Unpaid orders are not processed and are not processed.
Terms of delivery of orders from the online clothing store from the manufacturer TWERK.COM.UA:
For new wholesale buyers, the first delivery to the carrier's warehouse is FREE if the order amount is more than 10,000 UAH at wholesale prices,
For orders over 10,000 UAH. discounts apply, delivery at the buyer's expense. The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer upon receipt of the goods according to the tariffs of the delivery service. - Delivery to the Nova Poshta warehouse 1 kg = 90 UAH., The cost of address delivery by Nova Poshta 1 kg = 150 UAH.
Delivery time by new mail is 1-3 days from the date of shipment of the goods to the new mail warehouse.
Delivery to all regions of Ukraine:
Your orders are delivered by express delivery companies of your choice: Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Justin. There is also the possibility of delivering orders in other ways convenient for you. Delivery by courier to the door is possible.
We guarantee that your parcel will be sent after the order is confirmed by the manager (the manager will call you back to clarify the details of the order) within 2 business days from the date of order. Delivery is carried out within 1-3 days, depending on the selected carrier.
When your order is shipped, you will be sent an SMS message with a declaration number, by which you can receive your parcel. It is also possible to track the location of your order by this declaration number on the delivery service website.
Important! After your order is delivered to the delivery service branch in your city, you will need to pick it up no later than 5 days later, otherwise the order will be sent back to the store warehouse.
Delivery to CIS countries:
Orders are delivered by Ukrposhta or any other international carrier that you propose. In any of the two options, the cost of delivery and other issues will be discussed with the manager of the online store TWERK.COM.UA.
When your order is shipped, you will be sent a declaration number via SMS or E-MAIL, by which you can receive your package. It is also possible to track the location of your order by this declaration number on the delivery service website.

Payment methods for orders:
For residents of Ukraine, payment is made in the following ways:
- Online payment
- 100% prepayment to a Privat Bank payment card. Payment can be made through PrivatBank terminals, bank cash desks or the Privat 24 system. We will send the payment card details to your E-MAIL or phone via SMS.
- Cash on delivery is possible if delivery is made by Nova Poshta. The cost of delivery (return) of funds is paid by the buyer, according to the carrier's tariffs.
For residents of the USA, Europe and other countries, 100% payment for orders is made by money transfer using:
Western Union, Moneygram, IntelExpress, PayPal.
Delivery time for residents of the USA, Europe and other countries is from 14 days.
The right to choose the method of payment for orders remains with the buyer of the online store TWERK.COM.UA.
